Step 1: Apply for a Mortgage
Whether you are looking to get pre-qualified, are purchasing, renewing or refinancing the first step is an application. Our application is secure and mobile friendly. If you aren't able to finish the application in one sitting, easily come back to it on any device later on.

Step 2: Get Pre-Qualified
Once your application and credit consent have been received we will request the necessary documents. Jill will pre-qualify you for a mortgage. We will give you your maximum purchase price, submit a rate hold and review closing costs. When your receive your pre-qualification you can start making offers on houses. If you are refinancing or renewing, then your file will instantly move to shopping for a mortgage and financing approvals.

Step 3: Submitted for Approval
This is where Jill and the team work their magic shopping for the best bank/ lender, product, terms and interest rate to match your financial and life plans.
At this stage, your dedicated underwriter will jump in to help on your application. Jill and the underwriter will both be working on your approval.
Step 4: Conditionally Approved
After Jill and the team has shopped the mortgage marketplace for the best available option, they will present your conditional approval. At this stage you will see receive a mortgage commitment from the lender outlining the terms of the mortgage exactly what the lender needs to review to finalize your approval. The list of outstanding items to finalize the approval is usually pretty short because we aim to be thorough collecting your documents during our pre-approval.

Step 5: Financing Complete
Your mortgage is officially done and 100% accepted. No more annoying paperwork! Now all that is left is meeting with a lawyer or title company to register your new mortgage to your home's title.
